Blend is named a Best Workplace for Two Consecutive Years

Blend Interactive has been named to Inc.'s Annual Best Workplaces list for the second consecutive year. Thousands of companies submit to be honored with this award, and we are proud once again to be an honoree this year.

Through the submission process, employees of each company fill out a survey based on topics such as management, effectiveness, employee growth, and overall company culture. After the survey is complete, the selection committee audits each organization's benefits to determine the overall score and ranking.

"Each year, Inc.'s Best Workplaces program recognizes the very best in terms of companies that have fostered a truly amazing culture," says Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman. "We used hard metrics and data as well as qualitative measures for judging in order to find the very best—and we're proud that the program is highly selective."
