Blend and SD Mines worked together to develop a content model that focused on promoting specialized technical education, connecting different programs, and sorting articles and research into logical feeds.

The largest part of this model was understanding how to best use the relation-based connections between programs, degrees, degree types, and other content across the site. Degrees were given degree types and programs so the CMS could intelligently aggregate content regardless of application, easing the weight of the editorial team and providing context and guidance for each piece of content across the site.

Our content model was also CMS agnostic, allowing the final decision of a content management system to be made upon approval of a development firm.
