Strategy and design for hand-off: our work developing a strategic design for an OmniUpdate university site.

For Southeast Technical Institute, Blend joined forces with the marketing and digital team at Southeast Tech to research, design, and provide front-end code for a custom OmniUpdate CMS installation.

This began with an on-site strategy workshop, which led to site mapping, wireframing, and testing with incoming students. This work provided confidence in the decisions we were making, and led directly to some bold, bright, and totally accessible design that combined the needs of the everyday Southeast Technical Institute prospective student with the technical capabilities and content structure of an OmniUpdate install.

From there, we helped consult on the best way to bridge the gap between our front-end code and the OmniUpdate back-end, resulting in a partnership that helped launch a brand new site for the organization.
