We all look forward to launch date, but planning and maintaining a new or improved website begins long before launch date — it begins as soon as the idea of a website is first mentioned. This checklist helps get a better idea of who you are, and how that affects your website’s future.

We've helped launch a lot of websites over our 12-year history. And we've seen a lot of roadblocks, too — cases when migration was pushed off until the next minute, or sites where roles weren't defined well enough at the beginning. They don't always derail the project, but they're never pleasant, and they always add time.
Without fail, you will have a lot of questions about content, design, and development — but you also have some important questions to ask about your team, your methods, and your internal structure.
It's a lot of questions. And we're here to help answer them.
This checklist is designed to help you identify some of those operations and governance issues before you get too far down the line. Are you prepared for the time it will take to add new landing pages, and are you sure you've got someone ready to catch those post-launch analytics? Are you going to be in control of your website, or will the website end up in control of you?
We are always willing to talk to anyone, especially when it comes to the things we’re passionate about. Drop us a line. We’d love to talk to you about your project. Or, we can have a discussion about your future governance plan — no project needed.
