Client-Side Developer
We're looking to add a client-side developer to work in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (mostly jQuery). This developer would be responsible for all front-end development required to make a design comp work, as well as wiring up all the client-side functionality, including integrating AJAX callbacks to server-side APIs.
Some design experience would be helpful. We often need help wireframing projects in preparation for design, and a solid understanding of design principles is helpful when taking a design from Photoshop to HTML/CSS.
The Ground Rules
First, we need on-site, full-time employees to work in our Sioux Falls office. We only very occasonally sub-contract, and we do not want to hire a tele-commuter for this position. (We feel the need to stress this point, because no matter how many times we say it, 90% of inquiries we get are from outsourcing firms.)
Second, we want someone who absolutely loves this business. Client work can get hectic, and you really need to love web design and development as much as we do. If you're the kind of person that gets all hot and bothered over great code and elegant design, then you're the kind of person we want to talk to.
