A soon-to-be USD graduate majoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Social Media, Avery’s jumping straight into her career as Operations Manager, bringing a fresh perspective, out-of-the-box thinking, and ambition to the job. 

In her role, Avery sets the foundation for a smooth-running office through coordination, creativity, and communication — skills she’s honed as owner of Avery’s Bakery — and between baking and her ability to find a hidden gem in a thrift store, Avery’s resourcefulness helps bring stability to a fast-moving office. And, when she’s not managing things in this space, you can find her on Lake Minnewaska soaking up the sun with friends and family (or dreaming of trips to Italy’s Amalfi Coast and Greece). Regardless of where she’s at, you know she's always thinking of the next big thing.
